Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026.
This policy explains what data felipestalman.com collects, what it's used for, and what rights you have over it. It applies only to this site, not to Felipe Stalman's other projects.
Data controller
Felipe Stalman Rueda, individually, as the party responsible for felipestalman.com. This site is a personal project, independent of TOTEM Branding as a legal entity.

What data we collect and why
Contact form: name, email, subject and message, and optionally an event date and audience size if you're writing about a talk. Used to respond to your inquiry.
Newsletter: your email, with double opt-in before it's activated. Used to send you blog updates. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in each email.
Generational quiz: your email is optional (you can see the result without leaving it) and, if you do, your organization's sector. Used to send you the result and understand who takes the quiz.
Blog comments: your name, email and the comment you write. The comment is published with your name; the email is never shown publicly.
Feli Clone (the AI chat): the messages you write in the conversation, along with a temporary session identifier (not a cookie, cleared when you close the tab). Used to generate the reply and, in aggregate, to improve the assistant's answers.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics: only runs if you accept it in the cookie notice. It uses cookies to measure visits. You can change your choice anytime from 'Cookie preferences' in the footer.
Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights and Umami: measure visits in aggregate, with no cookies or persistent identifiers, so they always run.
Technical cookies: language and theme (light/dark) preference. Necessary for the site to work and don't require consent.
Who we share data with
Data is stored and processed with the help of external providers acting as processors, each under their own security guarantees: Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (processing the AI chat conversations), Google (analytics, only with your consent), Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Umami (analytics).
Data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
International transfers
Some of these providers (such as Anthropic, Google or Vercel) may process data outside the European Economic Area. When this happens, they rely on their own compliance mechanisms, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or until you request its deletion.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to felistalman@gmail.com.
If you believe your data isn't being handled correctly, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to applicable law. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
