INTA Annual Meeting 2026 London

This Sunday, in London, I will take part in a very special conversation at the INTA Annual Meeting 2026, to discuss an idea that perfectly captures what many organisations are experiencing right now: "Leadership is a two-way street".

During the talk we will share perspectives from three different generations (Gen X, Gen Y and Gen Z), reflecting on how the way we lead, learn and work is changing in a context shaped by technological transformation, artificial intelligence and new professional expectations.

Leadership can no longer be understood purely as a vertical transfer of experience, judgement or authority. Today it demands a more open conversation between generations: those who have built up track records and strategic vision also need to listen to those arriving with new questions, new tools and a different way of relating to work, purpose and change.

The richness of this encounter will come from precisely that: putting different perspectives on the table, not to pit generations against each other, but to understand how they can complement one another. Because the leadership of the future will not be built from a single voice, but from the ability to build bridges between experience, adaptability and new ways of thinking.

This Sunday we will talk about leadership, generations and the future of work. And above all, about why leading also means being willing to learn.
